5.1 All transactions on the daka71 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds for specific payment methods are displayed on the platform's payment pages.
5.2 daka71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. daka71 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your daka71 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds become eligible for conversion to real-money funds only once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.6 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account.
7.1 By placing a bet or wager on daka71, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or event you are betting on and that you accept the outcome as final, subject to the dispute provisions below.

13.1 daka71 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory obligations, or business decision.
13.2 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the player, daka71 may retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, daka71 may forfeit the balance and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.
13.3 Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
13.4 daka71 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure, daka71 will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered contact address. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method before closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of this platform.

14.4 Notwithstanding the above, daka71 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or to protect its intellectual property rights.
